1. Service operator

2. Service scope

3. Registration and accounts

Users are responsible for activities carried out through their account, unless they prove unauthorised use not attributable to them. DreamHomy may suspend or restrict accounts in case of violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, legal obligations or security needs.

4. Rules for publishing listings and requests

Users who publish listings or requests undertake to provide only lawful, accurate, non-misleading, up-to-date information relating to real properties or real needs.

It is forbidden to publish content that is false, offensive, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing third-party rights, irrelevant to the service, or content that may mislead other users regarding price, availability, location, property features or identity of the publisher.

Users warrant that they have the right to publish texts, images, information and contact details entered on the platform and hold DreamHomy harmless, within the limits of the law, from third-party claims arising from content uploaded in violation of rights or applicable rules.

5. Moderation, suspension and content removal

DreamHomy reserves the right to review, moderate, suspend, not publish or remove listings, requests, content or accounts that are contrary to these Terms, applicable law, platform security or the legitimate interests of protecting users and the service.

This right may also be exercised following user reports, internal checks, orders from competent authorities, or technical and organisational needs related to the proper operation of the platform.

6. User responsibilities

Each user is solely responsible for the content they publish, the information they provide, the documents they upload and the relationships they establish with other users through the platform.

Users undertake to use DreamHomy in compliance with the law, these Terms and principles of good faith and fairness, avoiding abusive, fraudulent, evasive, defamatory, discriminatory conduct or behaviour that harms the IT security of the service.

7. Limitations of liability

DreamHomy undertakes to take reasonable measures to keep the platform accessible, secure and functional, but does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, delays, inaccurate content or specific results.

To the extent permitted by law, DreamHomy is not liable for negotiations, contracts, payments, defaults or other relationships that occur directly between users or with third parties, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Paid and premium services

DreamHomy may offer, now or in the future, optional paid features alongside free services, including, by way of example: premium listings, higher visibility, featured placement, promotional services, advanced tools for advertisers or other digital services connected to the platform.

The introduction of paid services will not result in automatic charges for features previously offered free of charge, unless users are first clearly, specifically and easily informed before concluding the relevant contract.

Before purchasing any paid service, DreamHomy will provide at least a description of the service, the total price due, any duration, renewal or termination conditions, payment methods, the right of withdrawal where applicable, cases where withdrawal is excluded by law and how to contact the operator.

9. Payments, withdrawal and refunds

The purchase of paid services will be completed only after the user explicitly confirms it through the procedure provided on the platform and, where required by applicable law, with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.

In cases provided for by law, consumer users may exercise the right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions laid down by applicable rules, including situations where digital content or services are provided immediately with the user’s express consent and acknowledgment of the consequences for withdrawal.

Any refund policies, specific financial conditions, service duration and renewal methods will be clearly indicated at the time each premium service is purchased.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the platform structure, original texts, trademarks, distinctive signs, graphic elements, logos, software and content attributable to DreamHomy are reserved and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or used without prior authorisation from the holder of the related rights.

User rights to content they upload remain unaffected, to the extent provided by law and subject to the rights and licences strictly necessary for providing the service.

11. Suspension or termination of the service

DreamHomy may suspend, restrict, change or terminate the service, in whole or in part, for technical, organisational, legal, security or project-evolution reasons.

Where reasonably possible, such changes will be managed in a way that limits the impact on users. Any rights users have already acquired in relation to paid services will remain unaffected, within the limits set by law and by the specific terms applicable to those services.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply based on the user’s country of residence.

Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the court indicated by applicable law. Where the user qualifies as a consumer, the consumer’s forum will remain applicable where required by law.
